Formatting your CSV for bulk validation

What the uploader expects, what it fixes for you, and what comes back out.

What to upload

• A CSV or TXT file with email addresses in the first column. Extra columns are fine — they are simply ignored during validation.
• A header row is detected automatically — no need to remove it.
• Limits: up to 50 MB and 200,000 rows per upload. Larger lists: split them and upload in parts.

What the uploader fixes for you

Duplicates are removed before anything runs — you are never charged twice for the same address in one list. Rows that are not plausibly an email address are skipped and counted. The preview shows the exact number of unique addresses that will run, so there are no surprises at settlement.

While it runs

Jobs process in the background — you can close the tab. Progress shows live under Lists, and the notification bell announces the start and the finish with the verdict counts.

What comes back out

The Download menu exports the whole list or one segment (deliverable only, risky only, and so on). Files are named after your list — upload spring-campaign.csv and the export is spring-campaign-resenty.csv — with the verdict, reason and score for every address.
