Your first validation, start to finish

Create an account, run your first check, and read the result — in about three minutes.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your work email — every new account starts with 100 free credits, no card required. One credit equals one verified address, and credits never expire.

2. Validate a single address

Open Single Validate in the dashboard, paste any address and hit Validate. Within a few seconds you get a verdict (deliverable, undeliverable, risky, accept-all, disposable or unknown), a confidence score, and the technical signals behind it — MX records, mailbox response, disposable and role-account detection. No email is ever sent to the address; verification happens at the protocol level.

3. Validate a list

Open Bulk Validate and upload a CSV or TXT file — the first column should hold the email addresses (a header row is detected automatically, and duplicates are removed before anything is charged). The preview shows exactly how many unique addresses will run; submit, and the job processes in the background while a progress bar and the notification bell keep you posted.

4. Read and export results

Finished jobs live under Lists. Each list shows its verdict breakdown; the Download menu exports everything or a single segment (only deliverable, only risky, and so on) as a CSV named after your list. Use the deliverable segment for sending, and read Every verdict explained before deciding what to do with the rest.

5. What you were charged

One credit per address that received a definitive answer. Addresses that finish as unknown are refunded automatically when the job settles — you never pay for a non-answer.

Building an integration instead? The API reference covers single and bulk validation with copy-paste examples.
