Validate a single address
Open Single Validate in the dashboard, paste an address and run it. The result comes back with a verdict, a confidence score and the technical signals behind it:
- The verdict — deliverable, undeliverable, risky, accept-all, disposable or unknown.
- The signals — MX records, the mailbox response, and disposable and role-account detection.
No email is ever sent to the address; verification happens at the protocol level.
Validate a list
Use Bulk Validate for a whole file. Upload a CSV or TXT with the addresses in the first column — a header row is detected automatically.
Duplicates are removed before you are charged, and the preview shows the unique count so you know exactly what the job will cost. Large files process in the background: watch the progress bar, or leave the page and wait for the notification bell.
Read and export results
Finished jobs live under Lists. Each one opens on a breakdown of how the addresses resolved across every verdict.
The Download menu exports everything, or a single segment on its own, as a CSV named after the list — so you can send just the deliverable addresses straight to your sending tool.
What you were charged
One credit per address that received a definitive answer. Addresses that finish as unknown are refunded automatically when the job settles — you never pay for a non-answer.
